Our temporary tattoos are completely natural and based on an extract from the Genipa flower . It grows in the South American tropics and has been used for hundreds of years by tribes in the Amazon to dye their skin.

The plant extract from Genipa sits on a canvas that is protected by a thin plastic film that you remove when you apply your tattoo at home. Once you have chosen a place, everything takes less than a couple of minutes and then it takes about 24 hours before the tattoo is fully visible.

Unlike our tattoos, traditional tattoos done at a studio settle into the second layer of the skin, the dermis, and therefore become permanent.
